• Trip Status Management
  No-shows, cancellations, and missed pickups are tracked, noted, and escalated when necessary. We ensure brokers and clients receive accurate trip status updates.
   
• End-of-Shift “Night Watch” Report
  Delivered nightly to your leadership team. Summarizes key issues, trip exceptions, reroutes, and anything needing follow-up by your daytime staff.
   
• Up to 10 Vehicles Supported
  A clean operational cap for small-to-mid sized fleets. Scalable if needed.
